ΑΝΑΚΟΙΝΩΣΗ

Second call for proposals – OPEN

Αναφορικά με την υποβολή προτάσεων στο Second call for proposals  του Προγράμματος Interreg NEXT MED,  όπου υπάρχουν οι κάτωθι περιορισμοί:

 1^ος Περιορισμός

 Guidelines for Applicants

4.4 Specific requirements  – 4.4.1 Participation

The proposal may only address one (1) Programme Specific Objective and one type of intervention even though there may be cross-over effects with other Specific Objectives. The same organisation19 can apply only once as Applicant (Lead Partner) under each Specific Objective. No limitation applies for the participation of the same organization at partner level. In case an organisation participates in more than one (1) project as Applicant under the same Specific Objective, all concerned projects submitted under that Programme Specific Objective will be rejected. Please note that an Applicant cannot be awarded more than two (2) grants as Lead Partner under this call for proposals. In case more than two (2) proposals from the same Applicant are shortlisted according to the rules for this call, only the two (2) best ranked proposals will be retained in the list to be financed

* Any legal entity, indicated under Reference to the par. on the eligible partners and according to the national legislations of Mediterranean Partner /IPA countries, which is provided with juridical, economic, technical and human capacities committed by the legal person as a whole. These conditions must result from supporting documents (such as statutes, registration papers and/or other official documents) proving the capacity to undertake legal obligations (signing contracts), to assume financial liability and to manage the resources for the achievement of stated purposes (i.e., public administrations or universities will be considered as ONE organisation represented by ONLY ONE legal person despite the functional independence of their departments or units). The participation of each organisation will be checked under step 1 (relevance and quality of the design) on the basis, among others, of the following information: national registration number (e.g., VAT, national code, social security etc.), name of the organisation and name of the legal representative.

• Οίδιος Οργανισμός δεν μπορεί να έχει πάνω από 2 έργα ως Συντονιστής. Σε περίπτωση που προεπιλεχθούν πάνω πάνω από 2 προτάσεις τότε θα χρηματοδοτηθούν μόνο οι 2 καλύτερες)
• Τέλος, δεν υπάρχει περιορισμός ως προς την υποβολή προτάσεων με το Πανεπιστήμιο Δυτικής Αττικής ως εταίρο.

2^ος Περιορισμός

  Text of the call for proposals  (…) The same organisation can apply only once as Applicant (Lead Partner) under each Specific Objective. • Έναςοργανισμός μπορεί να υποβάλει ως Συντονιστής μόνο μια φορά ανά Ειδικό Στόχο. 
• Εάν ένας Οργανισμός συμμετέχει ως Συντονιστής σε περισσότερες από 1 προτάσεις στον ίδιο Ειδικό Στόχο τότε όλες οι υποβληθείσες προτάσεις σε αυτό τον Ειδικό Στόχο θα απορριφθούν.
• Δεν υπάρχει περιορισμός αν ένας οργανισμός συμμετέχει ως Εταίρος.

Λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τους παραπάνω περιορισμούς και την καταληκτική ημερομηνία υποβολής προτάσεων , 15/04/2025,  παρακαλούμε τα ενδιαφερόμενα μέλη ΔΕΠ να αποστείλουν έως τις 31/03/2025 και ώρα 13.00 στο πρωτόκολλο του ΕΛΚΕ (mail: elke@uniwa.gr) την εκδήλωση ενδιαφέροντος συμμετοχής τους (αίτημα υποβολής πρότασης -έντυπο Δ0- συνοδευόμενο από σύντομη περιγραφή του αντικειμένου της πρότασης και λίστα με τους εταίρους της σύμπραξης.

Τα αιτήματα θα εξεταστούν από την Επιτροπή Ερευνών και θα ακολουθήσει η διαδικασία έκδοσης και υπογραφής των απαραίτητων δικαιολογητικών για το ΠΑΔΑ.

Δεν υπάρχει περιορισμός ως προς την υποβολή προτάσεων με το Πανεπιστήμιο Δυτικής Αττικής ως εταίρο.
