Objectives
The “Teaming for Excellence” call aims to create new or modernize existing centers of excellence in Widening countries through strategic partnerships with leading institutions abroad.
The initiative seeks to strengthen research and innovation capacities by fostering collaboration between institutions in less developed regions and top-tier counterparts.
A key objective is to secure complementary investments from structural funds or other sources to amplify the impact of these centers. The call follows a two-stage application process, with the first stage focusing on the submission of draft proposals and the second stage on detailed proposals.
